之前係poly 讀書果陣,已經成日幫襯呢間嘢,印象中17-19蚊可以食個下午茶。不過後尾畢業就好少去,再想食先發覺已經結業。所以都有d 懷念。前幾日經過紅磡做facial,發現竟然搬左去差館里再開番,即刻走去試下。煮麵師傅換左人,都係照舊order 番茄薯仔湯底,車仔麵餸同之前差唔多,揀左招牌牛腩,蛋角同生菜。碗麵一上黎,覺得好驚喜,試一啖湯,好鮮甜,好濃郁。再睇下牛腩,好大舊,又唔會肥,悶得好好食,好入味。yes,就係呢個味道。太好啦!不過可惜蛋角凍左,覺得味道麻麻,至正係個蕃茄薯仔湯底,最尾飲駛成碗,好舒服。希望呢d 細鋪頭多d 人幫襯,長做長有啦!
