今日送阿女去紅磡分校比賽唱歌🎤送完就係附近搵好野食下,結果就揀左蒙麵。中午時分,有好多人排隊,大概派咗半個鐘左右,不過排隊嘅時候隔離嘅豬肉檔嘅豬肉好臭😷令我覺得好難頂。招牌蜜汁叉燒串-即叫即燒,燒到剛剛好,不會太燶,淡淡嘅蜜汁味加上半肥瘦嘅叉燒,每舊叉燒都保持肉汁,好食😋多春魚花甲沙嗲肥牛蕃茄薯仔湯底粗麵-第一次喺食車仔麵有多春魚,炸到脆卜卜,唔會乾身,食到停唔到口。花甲一定要食非常新鮮,冇沙最怕食到有沙。反而沙嗲肥牛就冇乜特別,正正常常。蕃茄薯仔湯底有家的味道。呢間車仔麵不是食劣質嘅食材加極濃嘅調味料落去就算。食到的冇諗過會出現係車仔麵嘅配料,但價錢略貴,但一分錢一分貨。😆 continue reading

講起長期高人氣排長龍車仔麵就一定知係蒙麵,今次係第二次黎食 專登早少少6點過黎排隊 但都要排第3個,排隊個陣已經可以填紙仔寫定想食啲咩 咁陣間一入去就即刻可以食。等咗大概10分鐘左右就入得!蜜汁叉燒味道上出色 食得出醃料夠入味,份量慷慨,亦有燶邊,可惜叉燒太瘦(個人覺得),咬落去好實的的 去唔到入口鬆化蕃茄薯仔湯粉絲(蘿蔔+西洋菜餃+牛筋)湯好飲 筋夠淋 餃好食!粉絲同蕃茄薯仔湯簡直係perfect match,粉絲索哂啲湯 夠哂味;而牛筋好入味又淋身 偏向啫喱狀 每一啖都係滿滿嘅骨膠原;另外西洋菜餃食落有陣住家味 似係媽媽嘅味道,肥瘦肉均勻但菜偏多 好食 下次會再encore!(不過西洋菜餃要自己寫 張紙仔無show出黎) 唯一麻麻嘅係蘿蔔 唔夠清甜同埋有渣蕃茄薯仔湯粉絲(蝴蝶腩+香煎腐皮角+鹵包仔豆腐)一樣啦 湯好飲 腩夠味 腐皮無得輸!最驚喜係腐皮角,無諗過入面有蝦滑 再拎個腐皮去煎,一入口外脆內彈牙,本身腐皮已經好好食 咁樣整真係無得輸;蝴蝶腩聞落好重牛味,食落易咬開 唔會太un又唔會痴牙,鐘意食牛嘅好推薦!而鹵包仔豆腐就好一般 可以skip喇沙湯粉絲聞落唔夠香 味道層次單一,個人鐘意蕃茄薯仔湯多啲食過嘅都會明白點解蒙麵長期要排隊 咁嘅質素完全係對得住佢嘅價錢 簡直係物超所值!(次次食完出黎都見到條人龍排到去隔離鋪 ) continue reading

返教會boardgame前去人氣長龍車仔面店蒙面😷,第二🥈次去,特登預早d去排,排咗第三個人都要排15分鐘,未入前已經要落定單,最少要叫三餸但唔包花甲同叉燒,三餸叫咗蘿蔔$12、豬大腸$16同蝴蝶🦋腩$20,配銀針粉$15,新鮮辣汁,加新鮮花甲$42同燒叉燒$36,過百蚊既車仔面。坐喺轉角位都鬆動。用石碗上,保溫,皓大碗,全部花甲面,花甲嫩滑新鮮,下面蘿蔔皓冧皓爽,豬大腸皓乾淨,蝴蝶🦋腩有另外一碟辣椒🌶️豉油點,都鬆化,叉燒5分鐘後燒到,熱辣辣,有蜜糖🍯香。第二🥈次冇第一☝️次咁驚喜。埋單可俾八達通 continue reading

呢間店幫左襯左好多年,同埋一直都覺得老闆做左咁多年,啲水準都係keep到,最鍾意燒叉燒👍🏻同另一樣特製燒肉🤓,同埋最鍾意食辣魷魚。彈牙爽脆同埋夠晒辣👍🏻勁新鮮,而且醃得勁夠味。堂食必叫🤩我覺得老闆問心無愧,一分錢一分貨,有血有汗製作出啲野食,我感受到,同埋我真係食過咁多次,我覺得花甲好正又夠 鮮甜份量又夠,去街市買呢個價錢有呢個質素都貴呀,同埋又無沙,老闆親自揀,最緊要係老闆有時啲貨唔靚寧願唔賣,我欣賞佢呢點。依家有幾多飲食餐廳做到?佢一間小店唔似大集團是但做,佢一個人由揀菜到煮親力親為唔簡單,所以有咁多熟客支持你係有原因🫶🏻我都會繼續大大力介紹更多朋友仔過黎食。每次過嚟啲店員勁nice,好有親切感,就算第一次過去都好有禮貌👍🏻 continue reading
