To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是Halloween ,估計西菜會有好多人,不如食中菜。南海一號這個名字已聽聞很久,剛巧去尖沙咀藝術舘睇展覽,不如順道試試。我們即日用Open Rice 訂台,仍可以訂到7:15 pm。👍🏻餐廳設計時尚新穎,地下裝上陶瓷階磚,別有特色。它除咗有中菜部份,還有一酒吧,可坐室內或室外。而室外更可望見維港夜景,美不勝收!餐牌亦製作精美,圖文並茂。我們點了鮮冬菇腐竹煑蕃茄($168)丶紅燒班頭腩($388)丶及美極煎黑豚($198)。其實它亦有特價海鮮,因朋友皮膚敏感,所以無試。一入座,侍者便上茶及前菜,前菜是印尼蝦片,又香又脆,yummy!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻鮮冬菇腐竹煑蕃茄,它以上湯及大蕃茄熬湯底,十分之鮮甜。蔬菜有車釐茄丶西蘭花丶鮮冬菇丶鮑魚菇及腐竹,一次可以食多種蔬菜,健康又美味。😋😋😋紅燒班頭腩是用煲仔上,上枱時吱吱聲,熱辣辣的香氣撲鼻,很是吸引。它有很多片班腩,厚身的啖啖肉。豆腐同豬肉煎得香口,好味。難得的是,它一點也不油膩,絕對值得推介。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻接著上枱的是美極煎黑豚,上枱時樣子普通。(註圖中是已食咗四片。)這個餸食落卻十分驚喜,因為是黑豚肉,肉質好鬆軟多汁,而它亦醃得啱啱好,有

接著上枱的是美極煎黑豚,上枱時樣子普通。(註圖中是已食咗四片。)這個餸食落卻十分驚喜,因為是黑豚肉,肉質好鬆軟多汁,而它亦醃得啱啱好,有美極醬油的香及甜。整碟餸實在太好味,雖然有點飽,亦俾我們KO 了。😍😍😍

最後一記,南海的茶也是勝人一籌,我們叫了人參烏龍,滲透著淡淡的人參香,也有鳥龍的濃,靚茶。😋😋😋


還有服務也是一流的,又細心又主動,當我行出戶外觀景,即刻主動開門並溫馨提醒,值得一讚。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
