To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長期排長龍嘅旺記冰室🥄🧂我竟然有幸喺食飯時間唔使排隊入到去食🤣!so lucky〰️💕自家製叉燒 日本滑蛋飯 $55前一陣子勁想食滑蛋飯 但食開嗰間又好遠 離島區 搞到一直心掛掛 同事介紹咗食呢間 見到有滑蛋飯我即刻心心眼😍味道方面 旺記自家製叉燒之如 甜豉油都係旺記秘製 非常有心💗滑蛋分量多〰️幾乎滑蛋同飯嘅比例係1:1🤩而且滑蛋仲加上牛奶🥛堅係好滑!叉燒偏瘦 咁就無咁肥膩 我自己都鍾意瘦叉燒多啲🤪整體來講中上水準🔝趁而家冇咁多旅客 大家經過真係可以試吓😗!
