三年前去新加坡旅行嘅時候,就揀咗住喺文華東方酒店,點知日日玩到醉生夢死,飲飽食醉先返酒店,所以根本都冇機會試吓酒店最出名嘅海南雞飯。難得佢喺香港開業,今日終於的起心肝約咗個friend嚟試吓佢嘅海南雞飯,一雪前恥。餐牌製作精美,有啲仲圖文並茂。首先叫咗啲小食,新加坡近年最興乜嘢都加鹹蛋,什麼鹹蛋魚皮、鹹蛋薯片都大受歡迎,嚟到呢度見到有鹹蛋菜式,就試吓呢個鹹蛋雞翼。六隻鹹蛋雞全翼承惠$78,鹹蛋分布平均,啖啖充滿鹹蛋香味。呢度嘅串燒沙嗲只有雞肉,雞肉非常鮮嫩,仲搽咗蜜糖,甜甜地幾好味。跟住就輪到主角海南雞飯出場,套餐配咗湯、油飯、同埋三款特色醬料,包括有薑蓉、辣椒醬同埋黑豉油。雞肉嫩滑,油飯帶有雞油香。最後仲食咗甜品,揀咗個帶有港式風味嘅紅豆涼粉刨冰,雪糕係雲呢拿味,食完透心涼。雖然味道唔錯,但我仍然渴望可以搭飛機飛去新加坡,試吓正宗嘅海南雞飯,同埋享受真正五星級酒店嘅服務。
