To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼上星期食唔到魷魚炒面 死心不息,今個星期5再戰 2日前打電話已經話無位,要walk in~7點幾去到 等左30 mins就到我地~ 今次坐鐵板燒位~好快就落單,1杯關西燒、炒雜菌、魷魚炒面、燒3文魚、燒海鰻、紅苺啤、sunset,d野食黎得好快 食到好趕 因為呢d野食唔熱辣辣唔好味!魷魚炒面 魷魚入味有口感 完全食唔到雪味,d面質感良好,一杯關西燒入面有大量椰菜、牛根、牛腩 好特別~但覺得原來關西燒款款隻味都差唔多~ 炒雜菌有紫菜碎 但好淡 一d都唔惹味 正宗菌味出哂 無牛油味但好油淋淋,燒3文魚 好鹹、燒海鰻 好淡 不過佢地d燒物時間拎得好準!紅苺啤 我飲唔到紅苺味 哈哈~
