成日行過呢間舖門口都見有好多人排緊隊, 今晚番學早到左決定試試;6點半未夠去到唔駛排隊, 一坐低職員就俾張order紙我, 跟住就好細心咁同我介紹佢地既秘製叉燒係經過低溫慢煮超過10小時既豚肉, 做出黎既叉燒脂肪比例較少, 咁我就被佢介紹吸引左, 於是order左炙燒豚肉海苔味玉拉麵...結果係無介紹錯👍🏻👍🏻;豚肉本身有豬肉香(我本人喜歡豬肉本身膻味), 咬落確實唔覺油膩, 就算係肥羔位置都無成口油既感覺;最另我驚喜既係佢既湯底, 不但有醬油香而且味道適中不太濃, 只是塊紫菜唔夠脆身, 有少許美中不足; 我已經有成年無係香港食日式拉麵, 原因是貴同中伏太多, 食完呢次之後, 我諗我終於可以係香港食番拉麵😋
