Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為左試這間名牌大眾價點心, 一早就同家人來到等位, 好彩時間尚早等左一陣就有位.4個人我地點左佢地招牌點心酥皮焗又燒餐包, 招牌點心真係無講錯, 這一個餐包真係做到外皮鬆脆包好軟熟.牛肉腸同又燒腸都唔錯, 個腸粉皮都算滑流, 但唔算稱得上好特別.另外馬拉糕, 燒賣, 牛肉球等點心都同出面酒樓既味道差不多講真試完之後相信再要排隊都唔會想再來...食物係唔錯不過連埋環境來講真係又迫又食得辛苦.
