昔日大圍的經典中菜館「楓林小館」如今轉戰銅鑼灣,雖然舊日未曾嚐過,但難得看見其重業的消息,也不妨找個時間和家人到此聚餐。這裡還有三數房間供客人包廂,私隱度十足。招牌紅燒乳鴿 ($78/隻): 既說是招牌菜,那當然要一試,乳鴿燒得香脆,皮香而帶豐富肉汁,值得一嚐。招牌荷香蓮藕餅 ($148/8件): 藕餅外脆內軟,蠻Juicy,肉餅中加了蓮藕碎,脆、軟、爽集一身,調味亦適中。順德煎雞煲 ($168): 乾煎雞煲使雞肉帶少許焦香,肉亦夠嫩滑,簡簡單單已能勾出鮮味。黃金蝦炒飯 ($128): 黃金也者即咸蛋黃,在炒飯加入咸蛋黃使整碟炒飯更為鮮香,非常邪惡,炒飯夠乾爽,粒粒分明。奉送是日甜品 — 喳咋一碗,混入多款豆類包括紅豆、綠豆及眉豆等等,口感味道豐富,但不會過甜。
