今日去左西營盤逛逛睇下有D咩野特別野好食,係高街既酒吧附近,見到一間叫「巴剎雞飯」既餐廳入到店舖,就發覺擺設似大排檔,所以就上網搵搵,原來巴剎係指馬來西亞,新加坡和汶萊地區既市場/市集咁解,所以D食物都比較地道,當然店舖就乾淨企理好多坐好左就望一望個餐牌,雖然餐牌上有幾樣菜式都想試一試,不過無奈個肚仔食唔到太多野;所以首選梗係巴剎雞,雖然外表同新加坡既海南雞飯差不多,不過醬料係有青檸既甜酸醬,甜甜酸酸十分開胃,最重要係成碟巴剎雞既肉係無紅色既血絲,值得一讚同加分;豬手飯既滷水汁亦都好出色,唔會太鹹,味道岩岩;然後就係打根皮蛋餃,本身自己唔太鍾意皮蛋太大陣味,不過呢碗皮蛋餃就無個陣腥味,反而保留左皮蛋既香味,配埋豬肉饀料,味道一流;之後仲有炭燒沙嗲串,分別有豬牛雞三種,上菜既時候仲配埋個小型炭燒爐,味道亦都唔錯;最後就係南乳脆雞翼,外皮鬆脆可口,只係略嫌南乳味唔夠;而野飲方面就叫左丹南咖啡同冬瓜茶。整體黎講食物都好好食,而且座位亦十分闊落,值得再次光臨。
