To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Root Vegan (中環)中環威靈頓街112-114號新威大廈1樓102-103號舖食素的朋友有福了，今次找來中環一間高質的素食西餐廳，裏面不是一般平時跟老人家去吃蔬菜的款式，而是新穎又能迎合年青人口味的素菜。餐廳位於樓上鋪，位於中環，所以環境寬敞，坐得舒適。火山肉丸意粉$88肉丸做得更真的肉丸很像，完全吃不出是素肉，連口感也非常相似，甚至乎以為自己食到肉絲，但其實原來完全是素肉丸。配上鮮甜的茄蓉，意粉也煮得剛剛好，非常有口感，整個意粉咁平時吃到的肉意粉，沒有兩樣。酸種Pizza $128Pizza皮薄餡靚，上面全部是我喜歡吃的沙律菜，因為沒有肉，所以用上了豆腐之類的素材。口感好特別，第一次吃沒有肉和芝士的薄餅。豆腐類pizza加上和種蔬菜，酸酸甜甜十分開胃。韓式泡菜酸種熱狗配薯條$98泡茶熱狗，終於找到了神奇的配搭，泡菜配熱狗原來很搭配，感覺很韓式。腸仔做得很像真肉，完全吃不出是素。青檸薄荷梳打$28清清涼涼的，青檸味清新，薄荷清涼，非常適合夏天飲。桂圓菊花杞子茶$28看完菊花廚師滋補材料，茶味香濃，菊花清爽，杞子明目，不太甜，清新可口。
