食材質素方面 雖然擺盤上用唔同嘅花草蔬菜襯托 但仔細一睇 整體食材色澤暗淡 肥牛油脂完全稱唔上豐富平均 手切肥牛更加似係機器切嘅雪藏牛肉 碌完後牛肉亦都大幅縮水 牛肉口感同新鮮度甚至可以話係比唔上連鎖日式火鍋放題 令人失望

✨️七色丸 $98
用木造層架作為擺盤嘅七色丸亦都同香江拼一樣 賣相相當吸引🌈七色丸實為七種唔口味墨魚滑 食落口感中規中矩 彈性略嫌唔夠 而部份口味嘅香料亦蓋過墨魚滑嘅鮮味 例如紅咖哩同青咖喱 香茅味重而色澤鮮豔 烹煮後嘅賣相同味道都同想象中頗大出入 而我本人就唔太鍾意呢種創新 有少少破壞咗食材原有嘅味道

✨️娃娃菜 $48
娃娃菜竟然係成餐飯嘅MVP 菜嘅份量唔少 大概有半磅左右 娃娃菜睇落翠綠新鮮 吸埋牛乳鍋湯底 食落十分鮮甜多汁🥬

總結:
餐廳裝修高貴華麗 座位闊落 店員服務亦都就到 食材賣相吸引 可以話係專為打卡而設 但我認為食物質素係一間餐廳最重要嘅地方 成個用餐體驗十分麻麻 而呢個價錢絕對唔值咁嘅質素 實在令人大失所望🙃
