野生生猛龍蝦
野生龍蝦係呢餐嘅重點之一,龍蝦肉質非常彈牙又鮮甜。廚師特意將龍蝦膏同龍蝦肉一齊炒,令味道更加濃郁。整體口感豐富而唔會過重,龍蝦膏嘅香氣充滿咗每一口龍蝦肉,驚艷了我!🦞🔥

最後嘅抹茶紅豆布甸係一個完美嘅收尾,抹茶嘅微苦配上紅豆嘅甜,口感軟滑而唔會過甜。呢個甜品非常清爽,為整個餐單畫上咗一個完美嘅句號,令人食完後有一種舒適嘅滿足感。加埋一杯熱茶,perfect!🍵🍮

我哋離開嘅時候都覺得好滿足,走嘅時候我哋都覺得唔到今餐最好食係咩,因為樣樣嘢都咁好味!佢哋無論係海鮮定肉類,每一道菜都充滿誠意。如果你鍾意精緻嘅日本料理,呢個品嚐菜單絕對係一次難得嘅體驗!
