收工後,就過咗嚟呢間好多好評嘅酒樓。以下幾款菜式真係值得推介!🔸椒鹽金針菇金針菇好少令人聯想到炸嘅煮法,但估唔到有意外嘅驚喜!金針菇酥脆金黃,散發一種獨特嘅菌菇香味,灑上椒鹽惹味又香口。🔸即燒乳豬乳豬皮色澤均衡,咬落鬆脆,好似食緊薯片咁!豬肉肥瘦適中,肉有肉汁,酥香嫩滑,用傳統炭燒,有啖啖炭香味同濃濃嘅豬香味。🔸伊比利亞叉燒皇半肥瘦,而且熱辣辣!醬汁甜美,好滋味。色澤紅寶石咁,燈光下閃閃發光,賣相不錯!來自伊比利亞的豬肉勝過好多不知名叉燒!🔸糯米炒膏蟹估吾到有一隻蟹~份量足以2-3人吃!就算未到蟹的季節,隻蟹都好多肉,原來用左鹹淡水交界14兩斗門蟹👍🏻糯米煙韌,而且充滿蟹汁的香氣。🔸百花炸釀松葉蟹鉗蟹鉗的肉好肥美,蝦球很彈牙,外面炸至金黃色~
