To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這海膽杯十分吸引!一層橙紅的海膽舖上一層奶白色的海膽,一層橙色一層白色,賣相十分吸引!甜美的海膽,加上滑啫啫的腐皮同鮮美的醬油,味道一流!但份量實在太少,是一小杯,只有兩三茶匙的份量,幸好我們每人點一杯,否則不知如何share.這樣的定價有點貴,吃得唔暢快。六折後,可以接受。

這道菜很吸引!用的是宮崎牛西冷部分,有100gram左右。這牛扒只有六小片,雖然煮得有點過熟,但肉質依然嫩滑無渣.牛肉是小件厚切上,口感唔錯,味道甜甜的照燒味。

牛肉有160gram,合共八片。牛肉的雪花紋分佈平均,輕灼五秒,和牛的鮮嫩感覺,再加上鮮旦汁,牛肉口感滑溜又juicy! 牛肉的肉香,加上甜甜的sukiyaki 湯汁,肉脂豐沃的味道在口中爆發!正!

最愛那壽喜燒的汁不會過甜或太鹹,加上牛肉大大片,口感一流,感覺大滿足!果然比午餐食的壽喜燒質量高很多。


是日晚餐水準高,味道也十分好,但份量實在太少,幸好有六折價格尚可接受,不然的話,晚餐性價比較低。
