Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友去灣仔搵食,發現間日本餐廳,真係有料到!雜錦壽司一擺上枱,即刻被吸引, 唔同顏色嘅魚生拼埋一齊, 靚到爆炸!仲要每件都好新鮮。接著有我喜愛的海膽吞拿魚卷,海膽黏黏稠稠、吞拿魚軟綿綿,夾埋一齊食,滿足感爆棚。 串燒牛都唔錯,燒得焦香又多汁,同菇夾住食,原來咁可以撞出新滋味。中場休息飲碗海鮮蕃茄湯,唔使花巧調味就好正。另外推薦牛肉石頭鍋飯, 焦香嘅飯焦脆卜卜 ,夾雜軟滑嘅日本飯,層次分明,食得好過癮。嚟灣仔想食日本嘢,記住呢間,保證唔會踩雷!
