假日同家人一齊食香江花月既早市,一間朝早係茶樓;夜晚打邊爐嘅餐廳。朝早10:30就開,12點要交枱。店舖裝修好靚,用舊時8、90年代的車衣機、水壺等,營造出年代感,而且坐位闊落,坐得舒服。點心主要係以手功精緻吸引人。紅袍荔枝:係呢一餐嘅驚喜之一,一碟3粒,整得極似荔枝。本身睇餐牌都唔知係咩嚟㗎,一咬開,原來入面似係流心奶黃,外皮好似鹹水角咁,真係好新奇又好味。黑椒萵筍和牛腸:和牛腸嫩滑又入味,配上脆口嘅萵筍,黑椒味唔會太重,恰到好處👍。和牛腸上仲有花花點綴木魚絲XO醬炒蘿蔔糕:菜色澤誘人,木魚絲同XO醬嘅香味提升咗蘿蔔糕嘅味道,口感豐富,值得一試。蟹籽櫻花蝦蝦餃:外表出眾,係櫻花粉色,仲有少少金粉襯托,記得同中環間紅樓都有呢款點心,好igable,但味道平庸。飛魚子鰻魚燒賣:上面係一塊鰻魚,燒賣皮係淡綠色,第一次食鰻魚燒賣,味道好特別。藥膳鳳爪:鳳爪腍嫩入味,藥膳味道好重,怕藥材味嘅要小心。流汁叉燒包:外貌普通,口感軟熟,但不太推薦。五柳炸雲吞:外皮脆卜卜,入面嘅餡料鮮美,上面有醃製菜絲,中和煎炸感。粉麵個啲係午市12點打後先可以點,今日冇緣食。如果懷着試吓新嘢嘅心態,同埋打下卡,呢間
