位於中環的碧儷苑,是一間主打精緻點心和傳統粵菜的新開中菜館。餐廳由入行超過40年的前鴻星集團副行政總裁布基師傅創立,以醉心粵味為品牌概念,吸引很多年長食客光顧呀~ 餐廳裝修走傳統中菜館格局,雲石大圓桌,金色椅子,帶點華麗的感覺。店家有兩個出入口,方便大家進出哦~ 食物種類多元化,並具備多款駐店名菜,例如: 杏汁白肺湯、麻辣鮑魚掌翼煲、懷舊蝦多士、窩貼金蠔等等。 窩貼金蠔 $188 甚有驚喜的窩貼金蠔,獲得我和媽媽大力稱讚。金蠔來自流浮山,加上墨魚膠後酥炸,配上鹹蛋黄脆脆窩巴,蠔香濃郁,鹹香脆口,很好吃。 杏汁白肺湯$298/4位 豉油皇虎蝦煎腸粉 $280/4隻 向來愛吃酒樓的煎腸粉,這碟豉油皇虎蝦煎腸粉,鑊氣十足,調味香濃,色澤吸引,質素很好唷。 麻辣鮑魚掌翼煲 $268 麻辣嗆喉的鮑魚掌翼煲,十分惹味。鮑魚有兩隻,又辣又麻,掌翼軟腍,不錯呢。 龍哥招牌炒飯 $168 充滿鑊氣的龍哥招牌炒飯,深得我們喜愛。飯粒被醬油包裹,炒至粒粒分明,非常乾身,鹹香好吃。 伯爵茶奶凍 $38 冰凝小企鵝 $138/6隻 最後還有非常可愛的冰凝小企鵝,包子鬆軟,內裡是陳皮豆沙餡,質素不俗。
