食物質素OK,但服務態度仍需改善。因為睇到網上好多人都有介紹過呢間酒樓,我第一次試過荔枝角分店覺得食物味道好好同埋服務質素唔錯,但由於我住港島,所以都想喺中環分店試吓。於是同屋企人一家三口,週末時間去中環呢間分店試吓啲點心。但一入去中環分店嘅位置好擠迫,三個人都係坐張迷你圓枱。侍應啲態度好一般,仲要叫極都冇人加茶同落單,淨係顧住去理啲大陸遊客。部份侍應更加木口木面,基本上純粹淨係覺得中環分店好味,但員工態度唔好,而且環境同荔枝角分店比較上嚟,好污糟。 continue reading

新年嗰陣,同成班同事一齊去咗碧麗苑食新年飯。餐廳門面好有氣派,招牌個金色大logo好醒目,門口仲貼咗可愛嘅新年裝飾,充滿節日氣氛。入到去,牆上嘅山水壁畫同黃花裝飾好靚,環境寬敞又舒適。呢度嘅食物,造型同味道都好驚喜。「金蛇報喜」其實就係奶皇包,個樣搞鬼又可愛,戴住皇冠嘅小蛇造型,上枱嘅時候仲有乾冰噴出嘅煙霧效果,成班同事爭住打卡。咬落去,外皮鬆軟,奶皇餡香甜流心,超正!紅袍荔枝都好吸睛,做成荔枝嘅樣子,外層酥脆,入面好似有餡料,口感好豐富。除此之外,我哋仲叫咗好多其他嘢,炒牛河、燒雞、各款點心等等,樣樣都冇踩雷。牛河炒得鑊氣十足,燒雞皮脆肉嫩,點心新鮮又美味。呢次新年飯食得超開心,環境好,食物又好味,下次一定再嚟! continue reading
