To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三人晚膳.....帶同老人家.....我想食小炒大排檔......選了間地方較企理的.......原本想清清地叫清蒸花甲....可惜冇貨......轉了豉椒炒聖子......聖子 size也不少......可惜不夠鮮.....好彩是炒得不韌.....好喜歡食小炒王......不是間間好味.....哩間處理得不錯.......炒得乾身不油, 材料豐富.....少少辣韭菜花夠嫩....沒渣......仲有韭黃.....銀魚仔.....蝦乾.....腰果.......菜脯.....魷魚.....哩度既燒味也吸引, 3個人也來了半隻燒鵝......除了梅子醬, 也跟埋燒鵝汁.......其實不點任何醬汁已夠味......鵝皮不是很脆......鵝肉夠嫩......仲叫了點肉......炸大腸拼排骨.......炸大腸外脆內軟.......炸排骨不乾......
