心血來潮今天想要做一下『孤獨的美食家』😆 專心一致,好好欣賞食物 😌升降機門打開,自然光透進眼簾,敞若的玻璃窗把本來小小的餐廳變得開揚,中間是煮食的地方,能清楚看到廚師整個流程 很適合喜歡一個人吃飯的朋友🙌❤ 刺身盛赤貝,中拖羅,鮫鰈魚,鮫鰈魚群邊,深海池魚,每樣都非常新鮮,特別是赤貝份外鮮甜多汁🤩 鮫鰈魚群邊火炙後油香發揮到極致!❤ Cocktail壽司Cocktail杯子裡先放上紅醋飯, 吞拿魚蓉除了加入香蔥,天婦羅脆粉,還有當中的靈魂 - 拖羅油!上面再鋪上三文魚子,以花瓣和金箔點綴,看著廚師用心地擺盤的確是一賞心樂事 😊❤️ 磯煮鮑魚在我不停為cocktail壽司打卡的時候,便看到廚師在準備下一道菜,用昆布汁和醬油慢慢炆煮鮑魚,入口柔糯鮮甜,濃郁的醬汁完全滲透,沾點特製的鮑魚乾醬,更突出其鮮甜👍👍 焦糖海鹽雪葩甜中帶鹹的焦糖海鹽雪葩,輕盈也不失香濃。不錯。

赤貝,中拖羅,鮫鰈魚,鮫鰈魚群邊,深海池魚,每樣都非常新鮮,特別是赤貝份外鮮甜多汁🤩 鮫鰈魚群邊火炙後油香發揮到極致!
