盛器外觀別緻,㷫到暖笠笠才用來裝載食物。造型別緻的冬甩波波原來內有乾坤,內裡是已切粒的牛尾,而牛尾湯汁用小滴管的形式插在冬甩外部,好得意呢!

番茄清湯系由新鮮的車厘茄熬成,蟹肉為新鮮製作即時拆肉,上桌才淋上湯汁,感覺好似為一棵盤栽澆水一樣。湯入口清淡,但係卻可以清走之前幾道菜的味道,令味蕾以重新感受接下來的菜餚。

用鴿肉作為主菜真係比較少見,但係哩道菜真係好impressive真心推薦。白鴿系法國走地鴿,所以肉的口感結實有彈性,煮至四成熟,外皮煎至微焦,令肉質彈牙得嚟不失鮮美。配搭碟身的紫薯蓉以及山楂蓉,甜甜酸酸,多重滋味在口內爆開,正!

同行友人大愛這道pasta,雖然外貌平平無奇,只有意粉及雞油菇(又稱黃菇),但雞油菇的味道出眾,入口味道香濃,系一種難以語言形容的滋味!而意粉外層熟透,而中心則帶點硬度,令口感煙煙韌韌,富有彈性。

神秘甜品真係好神秘,上枱系一個朱古力波波,淋上rum酒,就似一個火焰球,燒開朱古力後見到廬山真面目,裡面是雲呢拿提子雪糕,嗜酒人士一定會勁愛這個甜品,酒味濃,配上冰涼的雪糕,絲絲甜入心。
