今日約咗朋友,一早訂好位食日本菜! 揀咗最角落嘅位置,牆上更有一啲立體錦鯉,好有特色呀。因為預先訂位 6:30pm前入坐,一人送咗一件【和牛壽司】,質素高喎。 有擺盤,隨便影張相都覺得靚呀。叫咗杯【荔枝乳酸梳打】,香甜冰凍,大大杯!【申子海膽和牛燒】選用鹿兒島A4和牛,顏色紅嫩,滿滿雪花紋。先揀好和牛熟成,店員就會即席烹煮,先炙燒一下和牛,再放上蘭王雞蛋同埋日本珍珠飯攪拌,每捲一下又用火槍火炙,最後加上特調和牛豉油、黑魚籽同埋海膽,一人一件,油脂滿溢,份外滋味。【汁燒蒜片牛柳粒】牛肉粒腍滑,醬汁味濃,夾埋炸蒜片一齊食,正! 不過份量偏細。【洋風雞肉卷】做得出色,雞肉紮實彈牙,最好味係雞皮,少少香口又帶點爽滑,食咗感覺都唔肥膩。【極上蟹膏蟹肉燉飯】一揭開蟹蓋就見到好多蟹籽、蟹膏、蟹肉,撈埋一齊食,鮮甜蟹味突出,三重滋味!最後叫多個【鮮蟹肉粥】,冬天食返啲熱辣辣嘅嘢,成身都好暖。有好多蟹籽,脆卜卜口感加上綿滑粥底。
