下午時段來到香江花月,好像走進時光隧道,回到以前。餐廳裝潢華麗細緻,佈滿舊日的設計,例如昔日的熱水壺、中國風的茶壺茶杯、紅色郵筒和舊撥號電話,懷舊氣息濃罩著整間餐廳。我們叫了三款點心和一個炒飯,對兩個人來說份量充裕。姬松茸鮮竹卷以姬松茸高湯蒸煮而成,使腐皮鮮甜,卷內有冬菇、蝦仁及蔬菜等。XO醬煎蘿蔔糕質感不俗,不會太粉也不會太硬,還帶有蘿蔔香,連帶蝦米乾一起吃,香口惹味。黑松露燒賣外表精美,蝦肉新鮮,爽口彈牙,燒賣肉身有嚼勁。迷你鴛鴦飯有驚喜的鴛鴦飯,首先擺盤精美,紅色一邊是火龍果帶子和蝦仁,綠色一邊是菜心雞肉。火龍果入饌鮮甜,使爽口的帶子肉和蝦仁更鮮味。綠色那邊口味也很清新,雞肉嫩滑。至於飯底,炒飯乾身彈牙,足能滿足食客。
