第一次去Ricky San間餐廳食飯。成日經過K11地下,見到餐廳Ricky個樣,係電視就成日見佢煮野食,咁究竟係咪真係好食呢?餐廳主要食港式美食,粗菜貴做,另有一番風味。今晚叫咗個脆脆豬扒飯同埋鐵板什扒試吓。主菜跟餐湯飲品。_般係忌廉湯,我就加三蚊升級做兩日兩夜羅宋湯。羅宋湯果然要放過夜先至夠入味,湯入面仲有啲牛肉粒,幾濃味。脆脆豬扒飯塊豬扒成吋咁厚,原來唔使去日本都食到超厚豬扒。另外仲有沙律醬可以點,本身就係蕃茄汁加飯,仲有塊烤菠蘿,酸酸地解到油膩。鐵板什扒就一定要襯熱倒汁,「渣」一聲咁先至有feel,什扒有牛柳、雞扒、法蘭克福腸、煎蛋等等。扒類唔會醃到死實實,都幾好食。最後我仲叫咗杯混合檸檬茶,係香水檸檬加檸檬茶。埋單三百幾,係K11尚算合理。

脆脆豬扒飯塊豬扒成吋咁厚,原來唔使去日本都食到超厚豬扒。另外仲有沙律醬可以點,本身就係蕃茄汁加飯,仲有塊烤菠蘿,酸酸地解到油膩。

鐵板什扒就一定要襯熱倒汁,「渣」一聲咁先至有feel,什扒有牛柳、雞扒、法蘭克福腸、煎蛋等等。扒類唔會醃到死實實,都幾好食。
