我由細到大都住係沙田,所以我成日都會去大圍浦呀,而大圍真係好多好野食,而大圍有間叫#大圍小館,呢間中菜餐廳真係不得了,我直頭覺得佢將來會拿到米之蓮星級餐廳。勾魂叉燒每次來食我都必定會叫,我最鐘意佢啲豬梅頭肥瘦比例啱啱好,同佢侍應會將醬汁查上叉燒上,再用火槍燒香,加埋啲脆米一齊食,真係口感層次複雜好味。蜜薯安格斯牛柳粒呢個薯仔勁好味,原全搶晒主角安格斯牛柳粒,食落有少少甜甜地加埋啲黑椒粒好滋味。香煎百花羽衣甘藍墨魚餅整得好彈牙加入啲櫻花蝦提鮮,加配埋啲羽衣甘藍沙律夾日式芝麻醬令到口感清新。薑米蒜香籠你蒸蟹飯我而家好少食碳水化合物,但呢個飯好食到搞到我一次食左兩碗,而果蟹好大隻勁多膏,而飯係先用薑米及金蒜炒香再加上蟹嘅鮮味都係晒果飯到,真係好美味甜品我鐘意呢度送給每枱客人的甜品都一如以往係用靚料整的,陳皮椰汁紅豆糕內陳皮係用上陳年陳皮所以食落會有好香陳皮味,腐竹洋薏米糖水係選用樹記腐竹食落有好濃豆香味。
