To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾個月前,在第二波爆發前,去了佐敦逸東酒店,一樓的美食仿很多人,所以轉去地庫的逸東軒。事先聲明,逸東軒是中上貴價餐廳,不過我覺得一分錢一分貨。我之前去灣仔店食午餐,十分欣賞其點心,可惜灣仔店關了。佐敦逸東酒店逸東軒,是米豬蓮一星餐廳。晚上,餐廳內部很暗,好似好有情調咁。兩個人,叫了兩個主菜,加白飯。香爆辣子雞,好香口,份量剛剛好,應該不是急凍雞,不過我分不到是否活雞或是冰鮮雞。砂鍋薑蔥魚乳香豆銀鱈魚,推介,砂鍋保持溫度, 銀鱈魚先炸,再沾上醬汁, 加上爆香的薑蔥,送飯食最好。
