To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係星期六午市時段食鴨大哥,人流相當多,提一提可以用電話預約定先,如果唔係就要walk in 排隊,因為餐廳冇票拎,所以要企係門口到等🤧~由於兩個人食,所以叫得唔多:半份北京填鴨($308半隻)鴨皮非常脆身,有保留到鴨既油脂同油香,👅有幾款唔同既鴨皮,有d比較香脆多油脂,有d鴨肉既份量就較多,適合唔同類型既人,而且餅皮係足以包哂咁多件鴨,有黃糖,京蔥,青瓜,片皮鴨醬同麻醬,夾埋一齊食,一流!🤤鴨鬆梅菜包($42)包面同底略煎至脆身,內裡既梅菜咬落混入包中既肉汁,相當濃郁,鴨既味道會比梅菜略為蓋過,但整體味道都唔錯!🫶🏻南山咖啡糕($36)咖啡糕係中餐比較少見,所以想試一試,咬落會有淡淡咖啡味☕️連同椰汁味滲出,對於喜愛食中式糕點既朋友可以一試!餐廳仲有多款小菜同貼心提供,選擇非常多🤩鴨大哥 (銅鑼灣)📍銅鑼灣勿地臣街1號時代廣場10樓1001B號舖
