今次去左銅鑼灣食福建菜,餐廳曾入選米芝蓮美食推介,主打清新純樸既農家菜,食材由福建莆田直接入口,保持傳統風味。餐廳滿22周年仲送辣媽醬,有得食又有得拎,十分滿足。蝦苗拌頭水紫菜呢道係冷盤前菜,紫菜用左醋調味,酸酸地幾開胃。跳跳魚撞豆腐湯跳跳魚姐係彈塗魚,湯汁濃郁鮮甜,選用傳統既鹽鹵豆腐,入口柔軟綿密又帶扎實既口感。椒鹽豬手選用豬前蹄,瘦肉比例較低,先滷後炸,令豬皮外脆又帶滷水既味道,內層軟嫩有膠質豐富,椒鹽野味可口。傳統海蠣煎海量級海蠣,粒粒脹卜卜又吾會腥,加左少少木薯粉,口感帶煙靭。滷水豆腐滷水豆腐滷得好入味,但又吾會太咸,外皮有點嚼勁,口感似食麵筋,用火暖住,確保可以保持温度。芋香鴨外皮炸得非常酥脆,順滑既芋泥包著香嫩既鴨肉,口感增次豐富。

呢道係冷盤前菜,紫菜用左醋調味,酸酸地幾開胃。


跳跳魚撞豆腐湯
跳跳魚姐係彈塗魚,湯汁濃郁鮮甜,選用傳統既鹽鹵豆腐,入口柔軟綿密又帶扎實既口感。


椒鹽豬手
選用豬前蹄,瘦肉比例較低,先滷後炸,令豬皮外脆又帶滷水既味道,內層軟嫩有膠質豐富,椒鹽野味可口。


傳統海蠣煎
海量級海蠣,粒粒脹卜卜又吾會腥,加左少少木薯粉,口感帶煙靭。


滷水豆腐
滷水豆腐滷得好入味,但又吾會太咸,
外皮有點嚼勁,口感似食麵筋,用火暖住,確保可以保持温度。


芋香鴨
外皮炸得非常酥脆,順滑既芋泥包著香嫩既鴨肉,口感增次豐富。
