To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於有機會去品嘗榮獲五年米芝蓮一星的星級食府 – 逸東軒。帶著滿心期待預早一個月致電訂位,因為真係爆場架,當天有人walk-in係食唔到架!首先個環境好舒服,好好坐,枱與枱之間都有舒適的距離,服務態度就正正常常啦,只係服務我地個枱的那位大叔就比較機械化同表情唔算好寬容,但都無影響我地食飯既心情。今次我哋都叫左唔少點心,老實講,真心覺得食物質素唔差,但又未係好米芝蓮級爆好食個隻囉!我地叫了帶子蒸燒賣(好食既)、黃金流沙酥(太甜)、和牛生煎包(和牛都OK)、小籠包(個汁好味)、金錢肚(普通酒樓都食到既味道)、XO醬炒蘿蔔糕(呢個真係唔錯)及春風得意腸(正正常常啦)。人均消費$150,如果以呢個價錢去嘗試下米芝蓮的推介係可以既,整體來講,都叫做唔錯!
