Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聞說尼間餐廳好耐啦,今日終於有機會試一試,九點零鐘去到大排長龍,三個人等咗半個鐘。入座後,發現餐廳環境唔算太逼,不過只碗就好精緻,落咗單,等食物上來。首先上咗菜乾排骨粥,菜乾爽口,排骨新鮮,味道清淡。白灼西生菜,脆,鮮,甜。招牌叉燒包,味道一流,新鮮出爐,熱氣騰騰,叉燒鹹中帶些少甜味,皮酥。蝦餃、鳳爪,即點即做。蝦餃皮晶瑩剔透,煙韌適中,蝦肉鮮彈牙爽口,新鮮甜美。鳳爪豉汁入味,膠質出晒,軟恁。黃沙豬潤腸,豬潤脆口甜美不老還有酒味,唔腥,腸粉皮薄,少少煙韌。糯米雞份量足,糯米上等,餡料十足有雞肉、叉燒、潤腸等。令人大飽口福!餐廳環境還可以,啊姐D服務還不錯,勤力快手!
