一行10人去咗連續8年米芝蓮一星品嚐~中國八大菜系之一......杭幫菜打開菜牌,全部都係耳熟能詳嘅浙江菜,着重濃油赤醬喱度樓高兩層,一層係廂房,一層係大廳,由香港浙江省同鄉會聯合會經營採用會員制,亦對外開放,但廂房只供會員reservation裝修以青磚牆、紅屋柱為主,加上青瓷餐具同穿上小鳳仙裝制服嘅服務員,予人古色古香之感可惜枱同枱之間有啲逼逼地傳統烤夫~既正宗又美味腐皮再酥脆一啲......就冇得輸當造季節~河蝦、蟹粉......鮮甜爆瀉年糕吸咗醬油、青蟹鮮味,但我比較喜愛毛蟹多啲魚鮮酥脆,但就係好大路既酸甜味燻蛋~蛋黃流心、呈橘色、唔過老,有陣陣煙燻香燻雞~呈茶色、鮮嫩,但係稍嫌凍咗啲雙肪~都係香港老飯店好食這嚿肉~醬汁唔夠濃甜,亦未能入口即溶全冇賣相,但就係全晚最好食有別於淮揚菜拆骨魚頭清鮮,喱個大魚頭皮肉以火腿高湯同醬油煮成,講求濃稠鮮甜百葉有豆香、雪菜冇死鹹、毛豆鮮嫩菜式確係做得正宗,味道亦唔錯相信原因之一係大部份食材來自浙江省今晚實在好多想試味嘅都未食到下次再來一定要嚐嚐其他菜式~如清蒸鰣魚、苔條蝦仁、醃篤鮮......
