灣仔的 浙江軒, 真是人氣餐廳, 晚飯分兩個時段, 訂檯不只是一個星期前, 更因我們不是會員, 所以只接受 六點入座, 八點不接待了.此餐廳連續獲得米芝蓮一星榮譽, 所以必有擁躉.   餐廳地方寬敞, 裝修, 掛飾及餐桌也帶中國式的古典味, 令人感覺有如致身國內.紅色裝架配綠色瓦頂, 並罝巨型魚缸, 設計得很細緻幽雅.餐桌上用綠色餐具, 不落俗套.小吃有海苔花生, 入口香脆.  豆腐, 青瓜粒也爽口開胃.店員送來菜牌, 看見西湖美景, 有涼快感細閱多頁餐牌, 我們點了特式菜:   牛柳粒鍋巴卷~~賣相出色, 鍋巴卷成甜筒形,  熱辣脆口,   餡料是牛柳粒, 和沙葛粒, 滿滿入在鍋巴筒內, 牛柳粒肉質好調味佳, 此菜式設計不錯.百葉結魚唇紅燒肉~~紅燒肉炆得鬆化稔滑, 配百葉更減低油膩感, 魚唇煙韌彈牙, 是很好的配搭.  醬汁是上海特式較為濃味.桂魚~~此菜式做得美, 擺碟靚, 魚肉去骨切絲, 鮮甜嫩滑, 味道出眾.      上湯小棠菜~~ 水準一般.醬炒青蟹年糕~~蟹肉鮮甜,  爆得甘香, 年糕炒功不錯, 入口柔軟帶點煙韌, 醬汁味濃, 口感豐富. 肉厚肥大的鉗, 我的至愛.砂鍋雲呑雞, ~~湯底清甜,  雞半隻, 雲呑饀料多, 一般菜式. 此餐廳位置不起眼, 招呼很一般 (可能我們不是會員),  但要嚐有質素的上海菜, 也可試試!! continue reading

慶祝生日晚飯,煙燻雞蛋有啲苦味。小籠包多糖多肉汁。百頁結扣肉都不錯。臭豆腐太乾了。八寶鴨皮脆肉嫩,但糯米飯的餡料少了一點。蒜蓉鱔糊味道濃郁,其餘菜式中上。最後甜品高力豆沙好好味,用上了黃糖另外一番風味。 continue reading

浙江轩是其中一家在香港我最喜欢的上海/浙江菜(上海的同志们对不起对于我来说实在没法细分),而且我觉得一星的评分确实有道理。这些年来这里一直保持了水准。这里的萝卜干做的非常好(也挺贵)。黄金虾球和龙井虾仁双拼,做得各有特色。赛螃蟹这次就做得一般了,味道不够突出。烟熏母子鸡-浙江轩的薰蛋我觉得是在香港少有做得比较好的,在这道菜来说我觉得蛋比鸡好吃。油炸臭豆腐也是我觉得香港做得数一数二的,配上辣椒酱简直一绝。这个地方绝对是我想吃本帮菜时候的首选。 continue reading
