今天同honey 一家人預祝父親節,而爸爸是愛吃上海菜之人。今次特意選了高級上海菜府-浙江軒和他慶祝。浙江軒位於灣仔駱克道僑阜商業大廈二樓,它連續六年獲得米芝蓮一星美譽!雖然今天是父親節前夕,但午市時間,坐無虛席。餐廳裝潢古典雅緻,還設有唔少的飯廳可供私人聚會。這兒的餐點選擇唔少,而價錢則是中上食府的價位。我們一行四人,點了六道菜及兩個甜品share.花雕醉雞$120這個醉雞十分入味,充滿酒香又沒有酒精的味道。雞肉比冰鮮雞有口感,滿有雞味,應該是用了走地雞。可惜醉雞雪得太冷,口感有點硬身。油淋雞$230半隻這款油淋雞和剛才的醉雞截然不同。雞件紅卜卜的,賣相十分吸引。雞皮口感脆香,皮下沒有多餘的脂肪。雞肉相當嫩滑又有咬感,仲帶有甜甜地的醬油風味,十分滋味。長江燻魚$110這個燻魚是我吃過最好的!燻魚焦脆甘香,魚皮脆卜卜,但魚肉卻極之嫩滑,魚脂馥郁,而且滿滿黑醬油的風味,味道十分好,必點!雪菜蝦仁豆腐煲$120這道菜味道濃而清爽。豆腐十分滑溜,豆味十足,配上咸香的雪菜同鮮美的蝦仁,十分味美,真是老少咸宜。百葉小棠菜$120這小棠菜用上湯浸煮,雖然用上唔少百葉,而小棠菜也嫩口,但味道只是普普通通的浸菜而已。砂窩醃篤鮮$220這個上湯材料十足,有咸肉、小棠菜、筍和百頁。湯身奶白,味道鮮而帶咸香。蒸銀絲卷這個銀絲卷十分綿密,口感軟熟,唔差桂花酒釀湯圓$38這個湯圓有兩顆,湯圓皮厚薄適中,質地軟糯,味道香甜,滿有芝麻香味。桂花酒釀丸子$38這個酒釀味道帶酸,甜甜地,食唔到桂花味,配上煙韌丸子,帶一點點的口感,是味道比較清淡的甜品。整體而言,這兒的上海菜水準頗高,而價格也是中上食府的價錢。相對另一家米芝蓮餐廳夜上海,這家稍稍優勝一點。值得一訪。 continue reading

I haven't been to the restaurant for more than 2 years. Zhejiang Heen used to be quite inconsistent with its quality with one dish being totally awesome one time and an utter rubbish the next time.But during this visit, everything was a pleasant surprise quality wise, from its  more creative seasonal / special dishes to the old school traditional dishes being equally high standard. Sweet river shrimp - Most Shanghainese restaurants nowadays don't bother using small shrimps and instead went for the medium sized one which kills the essence of this dish. But they insisted on using the small river shrimps and seasoning was just right.Sweet beans - Most sweet beans are usually fried with shredded Chinese ham. With the ham being sweetened, the original flavours of the beans are always overshadowed by the ham. But with just sweet beans, you can taste all the original flavourings of how the beans are being grown into.Deep Fried Sha Ju Fish - Another seasonal special, with its thin batters and tender meats. Splendid.Overall, the quality of Zhejiang Heen is back to what its Michelin one-star rating might suggest, would strong recommend anyone who loves a good Shanghainese cuisine to pay a visit. continue reading

朋友係浙江軒會員,難得要約食飯,就一齊嚟試試米芝蓮一星嘅手勢餐廳係樓上鋪,有二樓三樓兩層,係灣仔a1出口轉右一直行行行,入到大廈用左邊部𨋢就到到,唔算難搵今日叫咗好多野食,所有野食都好有水準,而且賣相都好好,好值得同鍾意食中菜嘅朋友嚟食 😋 continue reading

I started being a patron here way before they receive 1-Star Michelin. And over the years, they still manage to maintain the consistency. Ordered quite number of their signature dishes. Shredded mandarin fish (must ordered), smoke fish, smoke chicken and cured ham bun. Also ordered crab stir fried w rice cake, fried bean curb sheets, marinated pigeon in Shaoxing wine, tofu skin w preserved vegetables and deep fried fermented tofu.All turned out as expected in terms of flavor.
