Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上突然想吃點心,於是到附近的添好運叫外賣回家與家人分享。我們平常星期六、日門口大排長龍亦試過叫添好運外賣,等候時間約20分鐘。今天是星期二早上十一時,心想應不需等太久……點好了點心,取單後便一直在旁等候,大概等了20分鐘後,覺得不太對路,於是向就近的侍應查詢情況,我的說話未完,侍應阿姐便以大聲及高八度的口音說: 『齊晒會叫你啦! 等下先啦! 』但侍應回答完亦沒有幫忙追單。我當時只好相信侍應的專業,因此繼續等候。再過十分鐘,再問侍應阿姐,阿姐答還欠牛肉飯,我見已等了超過三十分鐘,於是前往櫃台說牛肉飯我不要了,要求退款。櫃台職員馬上回答,這要找經理,但櫃台職員沒有請經理前來,到經理來到後牛肉飯亦出現,所以包起牛肉飯後便離開。當我想反映意見給經理時,經理沒有正面回答我問題,只擺出不想聽的表情。 食物方面,不過不失,但再以價錢,環境及服務質素作比較,會否光顧,大家自行判斷。
