今日去行山之前嚟咗呢間米芝蓮嘅勝記海鮮酒家食海鮮。第一個感覺就係覺得呢一間酒家好傳統,因為嗌海鮮嘅時候係要走落去自己揀嘅。今次試咗椒鹽鮑魚、炒蟶子、脆皮生炒骨同埋脆炸豆腐。個人覺得鮑魚係唔應該用黎椒鹽嘅,因為椒鹽炸左蓋過咗鮑魚嘅鮮味,可能清蒸會好味啲啦。炒蟶子就炒得好出色啊,炒得比出面嘅餐廳爽口入味,正呀!我自己都好鍾意食脆皮生炒骨,覺得佢個皮真係好脆好好味。不過同行嘅團友就覺得冇乜特別囉,我覺得係佢哋唔識野🤣🤣仲有就係脆炸豆腐啦,炸得個皮外脆內軟,個口咁真係好好味呀。又食到脆皮,又食到嫩滑嘅豆腐,正!不過佢嗰啲椒鹽就好似唔係好夠啦,因為個豆腐食落好似冇乜味咁。總括嚟講呢間餐廳係好好味嘅,不過就唔係話特別平,性價比唔算高。
