原本去白沙灣諗住食Padstow Restaurant & Bar,但俾人洗走,話呢話路話無remark有狗,話你係即日早上(唔係即日book)book之類,總之就係無位。俾記錄佢睇都無用。因為我個隻係大狗就係原罪。等我地仲勁開心泊到旁邊最後一個位但又死死地氣咁走😂轉去西貢,知中間勁多餐廳,可能好迫,無搵既情況撞入黎呢間。覺得好貴,無心理預備無啦啦食海鮮😂,當日主要活動係去行山,如果食海鮮會搵下邊間個種。唔夠乾身,油油地,第二隻要搣開炸漿先食到。呢個夠乾身,野味、又滑既;但我唔鐘意食豆腐。只食左一舊。唔好味,唔鮮,粒帶子太細太薄,好似我平時街市買約五十蚊四隻個種size。但佢係一隻分兩隻上檯咁。只係見到紅色,食唔到個味;同埋調味唔夠。好傑好漿,無芝士味,龍蝦都算彈牙。食得比較麻煩,好多殼碎😅 早知唔按佢建議碎上。剩開邊無咁碎。彈牙,大隻。但係咸得滯,調味重手有一倍。如果無咁咸會好好味。成個餐最好味既,彈牙得黎又軟,層漿薄,夠味又唔油。好普通,塞碟菜俾你咁。甜品係三種中式糕。服務好好,會過黎係咁同你講野,同狗狗玩(有時我覺得太密,會阻食野同埋同同行人傾計😅) continue reading

星期日,拍拖日。去到西貢冇理由唔食海鮮㗎,左揀右揀終於揀咗間有星星嘅餐廳。見嗰日天氣唔係好熱所以揀咗坐出邊,有啲海風吹過嚟好舒服,唔好以為坐出邊就會少咗人招呼你,服務仍然非常之好,一坐低就已經俾餐牌,濕紙巾同紙巾,仲擺低咗一碗洗手嘅茶。餐牌選擇非常之多,二人餐都有幾款。我哋order左個二人餐仲另外加咗一隻奄仔蟹,味道完全冇令我哋失望!基本上每樣野都好好味,特別值得一題係個天婦羅炸蝦襯嗰個Wasabi醬! continue reading

家人想吃海鮮,適逢周年紀念,選了比較恬靜跟西貢名聲較大的勝記,每樣菜式的味道跟塔配都很有驚喜讓人不斷回味芝士龍蝦脆米粉很多人推薦的脆米粉,本身也是衝着這個而來的,米粉沒有因為芝士醬淋在上邊而變腍,伴着芝士醬讓人不斷追吃。芝士醬淡淡cream狀,但味道剛剛好,剛好帶出龍蝦的鮮味,大家的味道相得益彰。龍蝦選了本地花龍而棄選澳洲龍蝦,鮮嫩彈牙味道有過之而無不及秘製川辣班尿蝦蝦肉彈牙厚實,味道是鹹蛋加辣,非常驚喜的是鹹蛋味道剛剛好沒有過重也沒有坊間一般的油膩跟滯,完全不覺得飽肚有不斷追吃的衝動。這個菜式很適合配飯或脆米粉。黏在蝦殼上的味道讓人吃完還想不斷再椒鹽鮑魚薄薄的一層椒鹽,雖然味道有點偏濃,但沒有蓋過鮑魚的鮮味與彈牙,鮑魚本身新鮮,也沒有什麼可以挑剔的地方桂花糕、柚子糕、益力多糕這個消膩的甜品讓我頗有驚喜,最少不是一般hea送的酒樓糖水,還是清甜幽香的桂花糕最得我心。其實另外兩個也不錯,沒有過甜,只是與桂花糕相比之下,感覺比較一般。 continue reading

今日最難忘嘅就係蒸魚啦,喺街外食飯特別係套餐入面嘅魚,一般肉都比較實,呢一條魚嘅肉質鮮嫩,蒸嘅時間剛好,而且伴魚魚汁清甜。芝士焗龍蝦炒飯底龍蝦分量足,芝士味道未見突出,好處是吃完不會太膩。辣酒煮花蟹初初食第一粒嘅時候入面嘅汁有好濃嘅酒味,越煮越入味,螺屬於比較大隻品種, 侍應姐姐提醒, 螺肉入面啡色的, 才是精華, 好似蟹膏嘅味道。炸魷魚看似簡單,但亦非常考功夫菜式。呢個係印象中吃過最好的, 炸漿脆薄, 魷魚魷魚鬚剛剛熟 ,不會太韌, 酥脆可口。一行七人,點了八人海鮮餐 2888 加一和茶錢,每人約 500。 continue reading
