星期五提早收工同同事食晚飯,我地專登入西貢食海鮮。由於6點左右就到餐廳,所以餐廳無咩食客😹講到明食海鮮,所以我地叫左炒聖子,椒鹽鮑魚,芝士龍蝦煎脆米粉,脆皮滑金磗,瀨尿蝦。全晚最有驚喜的反而係個煎米粉,食落好似鍋巴,好脆。 continue reading

西貢食海鮮, 當然係要揀勝記?第一次初到貴境,得悉它是米芝蓮,膽粗粗向它挑戰一下。點了四人海鮮餐,西貢墨魚餅,砵酒桶蠔,酒糟蒸元貝,椒鹽鮑魚,蒸魚,豉油皇炒麵,金不換炒蟶子皇, 菠蘿生炒骨,還有甜品。食物味道固然重要,賣相亦都同樣重要, 每款食物都總有伴碟的食物,相當吸晴。餐牌價錢 一目了然食物有點像泰式炸蝦餅 當然他是 墨魚餅外皮香脆墨魚彈牙,點上泰式醬料 辣辣地酸酸的, 好味道蟶子爽口, 跟青椒紅椒同炒, 香口美味, 在賣相方面還配上迷你小花, 非常吸引。一般只會用蒜蓉或果皮烹調,但是他用上椒鹽 來油炸鮑魚,鮑魚煙煙靭靭 ,有點像吃椒鹽鮮魷那麼香口,口感一流。酒糟粉絲蒸元貝 ,灑上蔥花與粉絲同吃, 帶有微微的酒香,帶子爽甜。新鮮又鮮甜的海斑, 肉質嫩滑,火力十足炒麵加配洋蔥夠爽口生炒骨酸酸甜甜不肥膩 開胃又醒神砵酒桶蠔 醬汁多, 掩蓋桶蠔的腥味, 肉質肥美,比起一般用薑蔥煮蠔,煮法特別。甜品有桂花糕大菜糕及益力多糕,不太甜,夠爽口。由於煮法特別,首次接觸感覺新鮮,但若以味道來說都上可接受。 continue reading

I had a dinner with 4 of my friends who were visiting Hong Kong. We were given a wrong menu set (a more expensive one) and they also put some more charges on the bill (charges for an extra person). After we received the bill, we told them about the mistake but the waiter only excluded the charge for a nonexistent person. In the end we had to pay 500 more for the wrong order. The food quality was ok but nothing special. I’m very disappointed and I definitely won’t recommend the place to anyone. The owners should reconsider the approach. If your customers are tourists it doesn’t mean they will tolerate such attitude. It’s crazy that they have a Michelin star, it’s totally underserved. continue reading

老細請食飯,專登入西貢食海鮮,老細應該識店內重要人士,所以特別安排好舒服既房比我地老細一早點左餐,餐廳既經理亦即場送左沙薑雞腳同炸豆腐比我地,個炸豆腐真係超正,皮勁薄,但唔會爛,裡面既豆腐非常嫩滑,食完一條會好想再食第二條,但由於要留肚,就適可而止第二樣到係椒鹽鮑魚,清蒸食得多,椒鹽真係好少,食落我都係鐘意原汁原味清蒸多啲,椒鹽太濃味搶左鮑魚鮮味跟住上左一個魚刺身,魚係花金鼓,餐廳侍應話呢個魚唔係經常捉到,係靚野,食落都好鮮甜跟住來白灼蝦,蝦🦐好大隻亦好鮮味接住係炒聖子,聖子好大條,都很惹味接住高潮係避風塘蟹焗飯,炒完蟹再放入飯,飯吸了蟹既味,大夥兒都掛住食碗飯,反而蟹好像成了配角,因為碗飯真係好正如果自己來未必食得咁好,希望老細好快又帶我地來食啦 continue reading
