約埋一大班人去食飯,有人請,所以我都唔知價錢!勝記聽過好多次,不過因為價錢關係都冇諗過嚟食門面好靚不過冇影相,我諗大家都睇過好多次第一個頭盤係新鮮嘅象拔蚌刺身! 10幾人份量大大陪每人都食到好多片好正好滿足!佢有三個位置擺放,有博片同埋其他實感,但係唔係好識分但係結論就係全部都好新鮮好好味!一片片嘅就爽身啲,另外嗰個我唔識形容但係幾好味你又調口但係又好柔軟呢個黃金蝦嘅份量超大碟每個人都食咗好多但係都會仲有!個個都讚不絕口,怕油炸嘢嘅我都食咗一兩隻呢個應該係避風塘炒蟹或者就咁薑蔥炒蟹,因為佢淨係好香嘅炒香味但係冇辣嘅感覺!呢個呢反而就賣相非常好但係啲人就唔係點蝕,因為好麻煩!如果佢啲蟹婆夾說多啲就好啦!因為好難滅啲肉出嚟,蟹鉗稍為好少少,但係都好難問啲肉出嚟要自己夾多好多下芝士焗龍蝦伊麵!呢個係海鮮菜館嘅招牌菜,大家勁鍾意食伊麵底,龍蝦都好多肉,其他難搣肉嘅位置走冇辦法啦好好味!必備嘅蒸大班魚啦!好多肉,不過應該因為蒸魚最容易食到佢啲肉,所以永遠都係好快俾人K.O.嘅🤣🤣🤣炸子雞唔同嘅朋友都不斷讚不絕口喎!的確係雞胸嘅位置都非常嫩滑,點埋喼汁原來係勁夾嘅有人鍾意食雞髀我就鍾意食雞胸如圖所見大家都見到佢啲皮係勁薄!啲肉有好多好靚!名正言順嘅鄙薄餡靚呀楊州炒飯有好多瘦嘅叉燒粒同埋質素唔錯嘅夏林同埋菜心粒!炒得幾乾身唔會好油膩我都食得少少仲有兩碟上湯卓菜,我就揀咗芥蘭,令一碟朋友就揀咗菜心,兩個都好好味呀!而且冇乜油非常啱我食最後仲有個著名嘅益力多膏,桂花糕同埋柚子膏,欣賞佢唔係太甜,而且質感都幾紮實因為勝記貴啲同埋係星期五唔係星期六日嘅關係?呢度好少人,所以坐得好舒服好寧靜而且服務嘅員工非常好!非常細心琴碗碟又知道我哋嘅需要!加分加分 continue reading

人生第一次嚟到西貢食海鮮,一行10人食餐豪嘅!由於得6人餐或者12人餐,老細都話按比例幫我哋加到10人餐啦~ 跟住出去參觀吓啲海鮮,睇吓有幾新鮮先!揀咗隻阿拉斯加長腳蟹,咁就$4000啦,正所謂搵錢難,洗錢就不知幾容易,不過一家人食得開心就得啦❤️.白灼蝦非常新鮮,加上佢哋自家製嘅辣豉油,將鮮味提升咗上另一個層次。炒蟶子就冇乜特別,正正常常。.但係帆立貝就有啲失望,雖然佢本身寫明係刺身給帆立貝,但係的確係好似壽司嗰種質感,而唔係新鮮食材,同其他海鮮類格格不入。.避風塘鮑魚非常新鮮,從來冇食過炸嘅鮑魚,令大家都喜出望外,原來鮑魚可以有呢個食法!.跟住就到期待已久嘅阿拉斯加長腳蟹,用咗幾十年嘅花雕酒做調味配上蛋白,將蟹肉嘅鮮味逼出來。以為蟹腳會係最鮮味,冇諗過蟹身先係最吸收到花雕酒嘅精華,十分香嫩。.芝士龍蝦伊麵,簡直係收穫左我哋全家人嘅喜愛,大家最鍾意嘅都係個芝士伊麵,反而龍蝦係個伴碟😂😂😂.其他嘢食都正正常常啦,但係個甜品就令到我哋超級失望。埋單近$9000,收得呢個價錢,都有少少期待,但我諗街邊嘅$10嘅果凍都比佢哋更加好食,可以多少少誠意嘅🤏🏻 continue reading

裏面冇幾多個客。唔同全記、洪記。有得飲茶食點心。豐儉由人。人山人海,位置優越自己海鮮檔都要收加工費,賺到盡,麻煩$20個,茶位$20個,冇豉油,侍應態度差! 問佢廁所位置,都話咁「大個門口唔係睇唔到吓嘩!」菜心,蒸豆腐,得四條菜心, 八片豆腐。128炒大花甲有沙,有臭味!吾新鮮!過熟,炒到啲肉甩晒。勝記海鮮檔$168一斤,但仲要加108加工費。離譜。霸王雞半隻,188,唯一叫合格, !我係遊客都唔會再去! continue reading

叫咗個廚師推介二人餐,價錢1688加埋茶錢加一,埋單1901,坦白講有啲唔值。講咗啲好野先,秘製瀨尿蝦係好食嘅,佢用黃金蝦嘅做法製,真係做到啲殼好脆,但當然瀨尿蝦嘅殼比蝦硬好多,唔可以好似食黃金蝦咁,食埋個殼。奄仔蟹都OK嘅,多膏。炒飯都OK。粉絲蒸帆立貝完全唔掂,佢只係放咗粒帶子喺個扇貝殼度,唔大粒,而且唔好食。炒蟶子味道OK,但唔大隻,份量好少。總結:唔會翻兜,完。 continue reading
