老細請食飯,專登入西貢食海鮮,老細應該識店內重要人士,所以特別安排好舒服既房比我地老細一早點左餐,餐廳既經理亦即場送左沙薑雞腳同炸豆腐比我地,個炸豆腐真係超正,皮勁薄,但唔會爛,裡面既豆腐非常嫩滑,食完一條會好想再食第二條,但由於要留肚,就適可而止第二樣到係椒鹽鮑魚,清蒸食得多,椒鹽真係好少,食落我都係鐘意原汁原味清蒸多啲,椒鹽太濃味搶左鮑魚鮮味跟住上左一個魚刺身,魚係花金鼓,餐廳侍應話呢個魚唔係經常捉到,係靚野,食落都好鮮甜跟住來白灼蝦,蝦🦐好大隻亦好鮮味接住係炒聖子,聖子好大條,都很惹味接住高潮係避風塘蟹焗飯,炒完蟹再放入飯,飯吸了蟹既味,大夥兒都掛住食碗飯,反而蟹好像成了配角,因為碗飯真係好正如果自己來未必食得咁好,希望老細好快又帶我地來食啦 continue reading

個日同朋友去完塔門行山,中途經西貢轉車,就食個午飯,聞說西貢勝記係獲米芝蓮餐廳,便與朋友一試,我地叫左個4人餐,裏面已包埋甜品砵酒煮蠔,酒味唔出,味道可以豉椒炒聖子,d聖子炒到已離殼,味道好吃,夠獲氣這條班仔味道唔錯,但可惜有點細條椒鹽飽魚仔,如喜歡濃味的朋友會很喜歡紅醋扇貝,很開胃,好好食彈牙脆口炸蝦餅,點埋醬好食益力多味既甜品,真係好似益力多味加魚膠粉咁,煙煙un un,都幾有口感,味道都可以.總括,服務員態度幾好,野食都唔錯,正評 continue reading

由2014-2018年連續五年獲得米芝蓮一星⭐️。勝記係我飯堂之一,首先係佢食物水準一直保持平穩,唔會飄浮不定。再者係服務態度真係好好,每位店員都好用心有禮對待,食海鮮地方好多都時令,但勝記重來唔會俾人有’湯’客人嘅感覺,十分之老實。其次係佢室外都好多枱可以帶埋愛犬共進晚餐。📍酒家地段位於住宅區較偏僻環境算清靜,同埋最緊要地方乾淨。 建議平日都打電話去訂位先,因爲每次去都座無虛席。西貢地道海魚湯$198/$68 (一碗)呢個魚湯係用上梭羅魚熬制而成,一啲都唔腥仲好鮮甜,湯嘅色水仲好奶白。上枱不消一分鐘湯面已凝固出一層薄薄嘅模,證明所有養份精華同魚嘅膠質全部都被熬哂出黎。  如果兩個人建議一人一碗就夠,因為份量都幾大碗下。三人或以上就可以點一煲。芝士龍蝦煎脆米粉 $1040(時令龍蝦)+ 油料費以人頭計 $226 兩位用一如已往地好食,游水新鮮原隻龍蝦,肉質爽口有質感絕不榎口,配上芝士醬汁更惹味。  煎脆米粉個人認為是獨家秘方出面係食唔返,口感脆如薯片,即使有醬汁係面都唔會影響其脆程度。龍蝦同脆米粉自身無乜味,但兩者配上濃淡適中嘅芝士醬汁後,簡直係畫龍點睛!只是略嫌醬汁份量不夠,竟然係必食名菜!脆皮滑金磚$98/$58 (半份)即係椒鹽豆腐。兩人晚餐點半份就夠,半份六條唔多唔少剛剛好。豆腐炸得好乾身都好滑溜,夾得起又能保持原條形狀,外皮亦唔會散落。上湯菜心 $88茗茶/八開水 $20/位 continue reading

西貢連續五年米芝蓮一星,無需預約,小試。墨鱼饼,Q彈有力,油炸但不膩,可惜墨魚味不太足。金磚,表面酥脆,豆腐嫰,很嫩,油炸豆腐這麽嫰,實屬難得!蒸元貝,酒糟中若加少於蒜末,會更好。豉椒炒蟶,口味略重,掩蓋了海鮮自己的味道。烤鮑魚,椒鹽點綴,提升鮑魚自身的鮮味。味道整體不錯,但一星似乎有點太高評價?! continue reading

來西貢吃海鮮,通常會去位置較優勢的幾間大海鮮檔,但由於遊客較多,我略嫌太商業味,所以不經不覺越走越入,最後來到「勝記」。勝記亦是米芝蓮餐廳之一,食物質量及服務均給我良好印象。今晚我們沒有點套餐,在海鮮檔揀了些海鮮便上樓等食。經理安排我們到三樓近窗邊位置就座,由於人不太多,感覺環境很舒服,更難得洗手間都能保持乾淨企理。上菜了!先來每人一隻椒鹽瀨尿蝦,大隻、新鮮、肥美,好味!椒鹽鮑魚是餐廳的招牌菜之一,難得來到必定一試。整道菜的賣相很精緻,望見已垂涎欲滴,鮑魚都夠大隻多肉。唯一是自己忘記上一道菜已經是椒鹽,下次應該點冰鎮鮑魚比較好,可以中和剛才的「重口味」老闆推介另一道金不換炒蟶子,同樣是以精緻賣相挑起食慾,爽口彈牙的蟶子配上獨特煮法,絕對感覺到廚師的用心烹調。最後一道海鮮是鹽焗奄仔蟹,這是唯一一道菜跟預期有點落差,又或者可能不合時令?因為我食過的奄仔蟹是細隻多羔、肉質鮮嫩,今晚的是蟹是多肉,但肉質較實,雖然味道不太差,但相比之前在鯉魚門食過的,還差一點點。食得太多濃味的海鮮,總要點清淡的蔬菜中和一下。點了一道上湯浸菜苗,雖然是簡單餸菜但絕不馬虎,上湯加入瑤柱和蒜子,鮮甜入味,讚!結賬前餐廳送了一客甜品,分別是桂花糕、益力多糕和柚子榚。個人記為柚子榚的味道最為突出,好清新! continue reading
