近日天氣非常好秋高氣爽,所以入西貢郊遊一下,然後食埋海鮮, 屋企人比較喜歡去勝記, 喜歡這裏環境比較寧靜。今次直接選擇套餐, 先來白灼蝦新鮮鮮甜蝦肉爽口。這個椒鹽鮮魷亦非常香脆惹味。豉椒蟶子都唔錯 ,喜歡配料有金不換、洋蔥味道香濃芝士龍蝦伊麵改咗為煎米粉,外脆內軟。這裏的酒糟粉絲蒸扇貝就略為失色,因為選用似乎係急凍鮮帶子代替。清蒸海斑亦都唔錯,反而辣酒煮花螺就味道一般,花螺不夠鮮美。 continue reading

This is my second time to dine in this restaurant. The food are good as usual and staff are still very friendly Salt and pepper abalone is my fav dish of the night. It is different than the traditional steamed one. This new way of cooking gives the abalone a very chewing texture and the taste is just so good with the salt and pepper! The razer clams are fresh and the lobster is very yummy and cheesy but I will suggest to order a smaller lobster next time as the noodle at the bottom made us soooo full!! continue reading
