To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大約早上九點多到了門口,已經滿滿都是人在網路上有看到可以外賣,就決定用外賣自取的方式在門口拿了單子, 到餐廳內結帳由於門口走道都是在等的人,經過的時候很壅擠等了15分鐘才拿到,就直接在旁邊的騎樓吃一共叫了三份點心,酥皮焗叉燒包,蝦餃,腸粉酥皮焗叉燒包真的好吃,麵皮很香又酥脆,咬下去有奶油跟叉燒的味道一起個人是覺得叉燒醬汁有點太多,吃起來會過鹹腸粉很滑又有彈性, 很Q, 不會太厚,也沒有麵粉味,跟之前吃過的比起來是最好吃的蝦餃就覺得還好,沒有太特別

個人是覺得叉燒醬汁有點太多,吃起來會過鹹

腸粉很滑又有彈性, 很Q, 不會太厚,也沒有麵粉味,跟之前吃過的比起來是最好吃的

蝦餃就覺得還好,沒有太特別
