To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同好朋友一齊去尖沙咀藝術館睇豐子愷畫展,睇完佢話有興趣食越南菜,但竟然未試過老趙,咁當然要帶佢黎試下啦!之前幾次都係成家人黎食,叫好多招牌美食,今次可惜得兩個人,所以只係叫左3樣野︰我推介的金邊粉,鑊氣好夠,一如以往咁好食!香噴噴實在係正~朋友想食沙律,於是叫左個牙車快,menu寫有雞絲,上碟時就唔止有雞絲,仲有成隻雞中翼、雞上鎚、雞翼尖,好搞笑~食落略兼乾身少少,可能我地落檬汁唔夠多卦,但都OK~朋友唔知點解好想食越式春卷,所以就叫左呢個啦!佢D春卷要用生菜包住食的,個春卷好肯定係即叫即炸,因為隔住塊生菜都熱到辣手!夠熱夠新鮮的確係好味~埋單$170,雖然唔係叫左好多野,但份量全部都好大,食得好飽囉!始終都係多D人黎食最好!
