To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這日和友人一起去老趙的'本店'吃個越南菜做午餐。小食方面我們吃了粉包和庶蝦。粉包有點失準,餡料過鹹。(2/5)至於庶蝦就很好吃,蝦肉很香又彈牙!(4.5/5)主菜我們點了一碗生牛肉粉和一碟黑椒牛柳粒炒紅飯一起吃。生牛肉粉的湯和牛肉都鮮甜,河粉也滑。不過吃完後喉嚨有點渴。(3/5)黑椒牛柳粒炒紅飯很好吃!牛柳粒很juicy有肉香。紅飯飯粒粒粒分明,帶點蕃茄的微酸,很醒胃。(4/5)服務算有禮、醒目。吃得滿意的一餐,尤其那庶蝦和牛柳粒紅飯。
