To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我同朋友睇完戲,就順便去附近搵吓嘢食,聽聞呢度附近開咗好多新餐廳,我哋見到呢間小越廚,就入去食d嘢。朋友叫咗個咖喱牛腩飯,賣相都唔錯。咖哩有d辣辣地,牛腩整得好林,好入味,用嚟送飯一流我哋仲叫咗個炸蝦餅同蔗蝦,呢度食物啲份量都幾大份。炸蝦餅切開咗五條,入面仲有粒粒蝦仁嘅感覺,好爽口。蔗蝦都炸得好脆,入面d蔗都有甜味。我仲叫咗個椰青水,係成個椰青嚟嘅,味道好清甜,可以解渴消暑咁呢度地方都好方便,坐得都舒服,最重要係平又好味
