喜歡吃牛肉的朋友仔生日,加上當日剛好在尖沙咀工作,所以特意在openrice找了牛匠石燒作為生日午餐,簡簡單單但又開開心心地慶祝。平日下午2點前來,剛好過了最熱鬧的午餐時間,店內不算太多人,加上安排了半開放式的卡位,剛好適合靜靜地聊天及吃飯。但如果是假日前來,最好還是先book位。牛匠石燒使用手機落單,午餐價錢大約$100左右,在尖沙咀區也算合理。今次我點了一份風門柳定食,以及朋友點了一份厚切牛舌牛五花定食。風門柳約有10片,肉片顏色鮮紅及脂肪紋路漂亮,石燒時輕烤幾秒就可以食,入口肉味和油脂香都算平均,沒有筋:厚切牛舌約4件,牛五花約5件,個人覺得牛舌比較吸引,入口沒有腥味,口感柔軟,牛五花切得厚身,入口有濃郁油脂香。另外加點了一份溏心蛋及牛柳粒,前者不過不失,蛋黃流心剛好,口感細膩,後者略嫌少少硬,較為遜色。面豉湯頗有驚喜,裡面的豆腐居然是切成花花狀,在湯中散開,廚師的刀功值得一讚。
