To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日跳過午餐,便來到2點多,隨便找一找個地方落腳便來了大家樂食下午茶。我點了雪菜肉絲米粉,西多士 和熱奶茶。雪菜質感一般,有點像紫菜。肉絲沒有太多的味道,有點難形容下去。米粉比較粗壯,看來是在湯水受到一定程度的歷練。湯底是比清水多一點味道,個性比較純情。這種味道錯中複雜的雪菜肉絲米粉,可能我味蕾比較單純所以不是太懂欣賞。西多士做得比較出色,炸到金黃色,加上牛油和練奶,味道不錯。再呷一口奶茶,相當配合。奶茶味道不能說是滑,不過配西多士飲,都算過得去。
