To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好麻煩有時中午想單點個焗豬扒飯但見到排隊嘅人好多諗住去自助機自己買點知自助機得套餐冇得單點結果又要去排隊買終於排到又話櫃檯唔收信用卡比信用卡嘅要去自助機成件事有啲反智

大家樂好勇於嘗試,成日會推出新嘅菜式,今日試吓佢新出嘅鰻魚雞扒焗飯。比想像中好味,鰻魚唔算大塊,但夠厚肉,鰻魚汁甜甜地撈飯幾好味。塊雞扒勁厚切,肉質嫩滑,非常唔錯!另外加多$28有一個兒童餐,份量都幾多,其實一個大人食都夠飽。

很喜歡魚湯,魚湯銀針粉,更是喜歡,現在很少地方有銀針粉吃,那是小時候的記憶。這裡的魚湯銀針粉做得不錯,湯濃夠熱,加上菜脯肉絲冬菇香蔥,美味的一碗吃得心滿意足,還有多士炒滑蛋,加一杯濃香的咖啡,非常幸福滿足。

今天去買外賣,買咗三個餐原本以為牛舌便當冇送麵豉湯,跟著自己叫多杯熱華田(個餐牌又冇寫明送麵豉湯),搞到自己再叫多三蚊杯華田之後再買兩個肉丸意粉,配檸檬水和中湯佢哋職員唔知係包漏咗定係冇對齊啲嘢,叫個客可以攞份餐去包返到屋企先知冇左份木瓜中湯,有冇搞錯水吧咁多人都冇對齊啲嘢,就咁叫個客攞得跟著包外賣個位又唔睇清楚啲單就咁包😡😡😡😡😡😡同埋加左飯底,都唔算多飯,唔係好夠飽😡😡😡

星期日跳過午餐,便來到2點多,隨便找一找個地方落腳便來了大家樂食下午茶。我點了雪菜肉絲米粉,西多士 和熱奶茶。雪菜質感一般,有點像紫菜。肉絲沒有太多的味道,有點難形容下去。米粉比較粗壯,看來是在湯水受到一定程度的歷練。湯底是比清水多一點味道,個性比較純情。這種味道錯中複雜的雪菜肉絲米粉,可能我味蕾比較單純所以不是太懂欣賞。西多士做得比較出色,炸到金黃色,加上牛油和練奶,味道不錯。再呷一口奶茶,相當配合。奶茶味道不能說是滑,不過配西多士飲,都算過得去。
