To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入黎呢間食野,一定點常餐。麵包夠脆,(檀島)咖啡夠香,炒蛋夠滑,但不至於‘漏’。以前係酒店早餐食過炒蛋,蛋入面落左好多牛油,滑就夠滑但搞到好‘漏’,食冇幾多就飽肚。通粉同火腿就一般,唔覺得有特別之處。其實,麵包、通粉、火腿嘅成本都好低(就算有通脹,大批入貨唔多唔少都有折扣抵消番),蛋更加唔駛講。用D咁簡單、低成本嘅林料而能夠泡製出一個香港特色,小弟都話佢好野,不愧有創意,抵佢賺!
