沙律用上了乾茴香,豆苗葉,青萍果,黃牙白,青果和脆片。配上牛油果醬和花生醬。有些特別,因為第一次有青豆苗入沙律菜的行列。但沙律花生醬甜味太重,牛油果味不足。最好加些牛油果真身就最好。個飯眼看已經滿足晒我的視覺。食落不錯呀。很好。最差係個甜品。銀銀花大菜糕無金銀花味。個甜品擺放不太靚,宜加一點紅色,如杞子,補充一下色調。甜品不夠喉。
