Mackerel lunch set (煎鯖魚🐟) $130·早已聽聞談風的好口評,仍記得上次光顧談風已是上年8月了;係朋友口中聽到談風今月底即將結業⋯決定係佢關門前再重遊舊地,今日一起身即刻衝黎,但唔通大家都收到料?12點到朋友黎時已經~爆場😰經過同店員一番溝通,係我地實在唔介意坐在門口個果角落,店員好好咁比咗個位我地😊·上年試咗佢地嘅Carbonara,其為出色,今次就點咗個Mackerel, fried mix potato with dry tomato and kale (煎鯖魚🐟炸焗薯🍠配茄乾🍅羽衣甘藍)同小豆蔲奶!·聽落個餐好似好複雜,但啲食材配搭得好好👍🏻🐟 煎鯖魚,兩條長長嘅鯖魚,煎得金黃香脆,鯖魚邊邊一咬落去,陣陣魚香慢慢飄出黎,仲有啲啲魚油會流出黎(當然點都混到啲煮食油啦😅)魚肉唔係幼滑個果路線,魚肉結實,食落一啲都唔會「鞋」口🍠 炸焗薯,sorry 我諗唔係炸焗薯,叫佢做外硬內軟嘅薯粒會啱啲啲,但我就反而覺得依隻煮法嘅薯粒仲好過炸焗薯,鯖魚已經煎,再加個炸薯,好似會油膩咗啲😂🍅 茄乾同羽衣甘藍撈埋咗一齊,成為咗一紅一綠嘅出色配料,帶點酸又帶點鹹!(🍎蘋果乾話你知~原來羽衣甘藍營養價值極高🈵,低卡路里,🈚️膽固醇,仲有助抗癌,想知再多啲?自己上網搵啦😂)我發覺我個lunch set 好似有幾塊Salami 火腿🐷,為淡淡嘅口味再帶點一點鹹嘅衝擊,將成個味道提升。最後我嘅新嘗試~小豆蔻奶,淡淡嘅豆蔻香融入咗蜜糖,雲呢拿同奶,為依個寒冷嘅天氣帶來點點溫暖😌·📣 由於真係全場爆滿,真係要比啲時間同耐性等等(請大家互相體諒一下)🔊 對我而言,談風🆚再說,係我第一間係香港覺得好嘅cafe,佢地對生活嘅態度,對自己嘅要求,其實去過嘅都會慢慢感受到!由餐廳每一個擺設,懷舊嘅家具,回憶中嘅味道,至食材嘅用心!就算面臨即將結業,佢地仍抱有尊嚴同敬業嘅態度去推出新菜式,去認真對待,佢地嘅堅持和認真係我係餐廳少見到嘅⋯有人可能會覺得價錢稍貴,但我覺得值!當然見人見智)我期待著談風🆚再說回歸嘅一天✨ continue reading

呢晚朋友話帶我去間特別D既餐廳食,間餐廳係牛頭角同九龍灣中間既一橦工廠大廈入面,上網望下你就會發現呢度同觀塘工廠區唔同,附近只係得D茶餐廳或者工廠食堂之類,所以呢間餐廳係呢度都算係幾獨特,即係除非你係好想黎呢間食,如果唔係你都唔會無啦啦行十幾分鐘過到黎~平日夜晚六點幾去到,可能仲早,唔係好多人,呢度既裝潢簡簡單單,舊舊地既感覺,亦都擺左好多以前既物件係度~侍應安排左我地坐係一個角落,佢張櫈其實都幾重XDSETTLE好後就睇下餐牌,選擇唔多,除左呢個餐牌之外仲有一個餐牌係SET DINNER,不過無叫果個因為一個SET都成三四百蚊,另外仲有幾個TODAY’S SPECIAL寫左係出面既版度,同朋友商量左陣就叫左幾樣~蟹肉配凍忌廉芝士,檸檬醋蘋果條,牛油果茸---擺得好靚,搬開上面幾塊芝士,入面有好多鮮甜既蟹肉,仲有D松子仁同埋牛油果茸,口感好豐富,醋既酸味亦好開胃~炒魷魚配炸粟米餅,芝麻,芥蘭---青BB咁幾特別,魷魚整得幾淋,好似平時食西班牙菜果D八爪魚既質地,炸粟米餅好香好脆,食落真係啖啖粟米~芥蘭幾爽,同埋佢將D葉炸左,好香口,個香草汁亦都好好味~南瓜茸意粉配64度蛋,真姬菇,燒洋蔥---食落真係啖啖南瓜,意粉又唔會過淋,個汁又夠杰,唔會太咸,我同朋友都幾鍾意~我地差唔多食完果時大約七點半,開始多番D人,有兩三枱仲係外國人,亦有兩個韓國女仔黎食加添~整體上價格雖然唔平,但食物質數同埋賣相都好好~~不過雖然今晚唔係好多人,但都係同其他係工廠既餐廳有同一個問題,就係太嘈,因為隔離枱傾計D聲音會反黎反去… continue reading

依度裝修幾特別, 尤其是依邊冇依 d 靚靚 cafe不過客人多就有 d 嘈, 同冇乜冷氣 o甘食物方面整得幾精緻食材配搭好獨突, 味道都唔錯但睇住個 menu 比較難知道個餐係點樣價錢都有少少貴 continue reading

個名咁有詩意,我依個偽文青就俾佢吸引左,即刻覺得個名想表達談笑風生,擇日再說,食肆黎講真係靚名。(利申係我估既)不過地理位置都幾隱世,沿途都係車廠,有不少車泊係路邊,唔專門搵都唔會知,上到去就會見到,門口幾部單車同舊香港既擺設裝修, 就好似由繁忙既街道,踏入以前舊香港既世界,菜式都算西餐,以前舊香港食西餐都非富則貴,依次仲唔幻想自己係貴公子!菜單菜式好似會定期更換的。今次我叫左雞肉配玫瑰泡沫咖啡~首先上既係暖粒粒脆卜卜既麥包。咖啡其實我唔識飲,好似有玫瑰味又好似冇。主菜黎到雞+栗米餅,首先雞肉十分嫩口,配上忌廉,同栗米汁,而且加上孜然同蒜頭,味道再多一點層次!至於栗米餅,炸得好好,外面好脆,內裏軟綿綿好似蛋糕咁,不過冇乜味,要沾多d忌廉同栗米汁先覺得好食~環境同食物既關係,好快就食完,其實想再叫多份甜品食,可惜餐廳既甜品同正餐一樣,唯有下次有機會先再試啦! continue reading

來過談風好幾次,每次都有不同的特色菜色,被其創意吸引,不過有很久沒來,從它的 facebook page 得知餐廳暫定營業至2月底,晴天霹靂,立刻預約於結業前來一趟。於工廈開設的餐廳何其多,但大部分都是室內修飾得有特色,談風則有大量窗,除可以看見附近的工廠大廈,還見到較遠的megabox,白天來特別寫意。先來的麵包,又香又鬆軟,不用塗牛油已經夠味。選了意粉及主菜各一。南瓜茸意粉顧名思義以南瓜茸做 sauce, 還有許多的真姬菇及芝士碎,再加上流心蛋,賣相豐富。把所有食物拌勻,味道出奇的相配,以南瓜茸取代忌廉醬,多了清甜,少了飽滯,但口感依然不失厚滑,是清新版的卡邦尼意粉,有驚喜。另一道鯖魚,魚質本身普通,不過煎得香脆,配以蕃茄煮的羽衣甘藍及新薯,出色的烹調技巧挽回不少分數。欣賞這裡的樂隊為興趣所付出的努力,亦為談風的暫別而可惜,希望之後有機會品嘗到他們的食物。 continue reading
