Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這裡環境幾黑, 台都幾密, 傾密計就唔係幾岩了. 食品選擇都算多, 走既路線係居酒屋, 價錢唔貴但細細碟.五點魚生: 用料新鮮價錢唔貴, 抵食過普通壽司店.小板海膽: 新鮮, 但未係最好, 可以不試.煎餃子: 皮薄唔硬, 餃子夠肥大. 日式餃子來講, 我覺得係最好食既一次.燒羊扒: 好淋好夠酥, 香草味夠, 7成熟帶點血, 好好味.鴨胸蕎麥麵: 鴨胸幾淋唔太"鞋", 過得去啦. 埋單五百幾, 有酒飲有魚生食, 又係諾士佛台, 都算ok啦.
