一句講晒,依句黃店紅得起果然係有佢原因。性價比高唔高依啲野就見人見智啦,但勝在樣樣都拎得上枱面見人,而且啲心思位有諗過,可以話係有啲創意(唔係得個菜式名嗰種😅)。.要睇一間西餐廳既質素,識食一定係食牛骨髓,睇下佢燒得香唔香,本身用料講唔講究,同識唔識搭配正確香料去帶出骨髓既原味。由於牛骨髓本身係無味,要煮得好味並無大家想像中咁易!但依間成功交到碟合格既燒牛骨髓配法式多士($98)出嚟,如果多兩舊包點下就仲perfect!.另一道前菜香煎西班牙墨魚仔沙律伴辣腸($88)個base本身無乜特別,但係有辣腸同墨魚仔加持後即刻唔同哂,用辣味帶左黑醋既酸同沙律既freshness 出嚟,記憶點立即高咗成倍😆.主菜慢煮美國羊脾扒配燒原蒜伴意青醬($248)同樣具驚喜,脾肉細嫩得來好入味,真係做到medium rare 既感覺!.不得不提既係,依度既飲同甜品同樣睇得出有諗過度過 — 400次美祿波波($38)打到有泡再飲入口完全同普通美祿係兩種唔同既層次,完全無得比較。至於日本温泉蛋雪糕($58),聽聞係師承名古屋,當初嗌嗰陣以為係純粹係溫泉蛋味嘅雪糕點知,原來係雪糕下面真係有流心蛋黃,成件事即刻覺
