To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近工作忙碌,壓力總是讓我感到疲憊不堪。偶爾給自己一點空閒時間去享受美食,是我最喜歡的解壓方式之一。來到Amitie Kitchen,先品嚐法式香草牛油焗田螺~$128。焗田螺肉質鮮嫩,搭配著法式香草牛油的香氣,入口後散發出濃郁的海鮮味道。然後,我點了法式洋蔥湯配格耶芝多士~$78。這道湯品給人一種溫暖的感覺,香濃的洋蔥湯配上酥脆的格耶芝多士。品嚐完主菜,總是少不了一道美味的甜品。我選擇了朱古力心太軟伴雲尼拿雪糕~$68。這道甜點不僅外觀精緻,而且口感豐富。在這個忙碌的環境中,給自己留點時間,獨自享受美食,是一種減壓的好方法。

午市套餐第一個湯攞上嚟已經覺得好好飲!煎阿拉斯加比目魚柳 6oz - $158烤燒阿根廷牛扒6oz - $168法式香草牛油焗田螺 - $128法式橙酒煮班戟 - $58400次美綠波波 -$20凍朱古力 - $15呢間餐廳嘅食物好好味啊!多謝員工好細心問我哋唔食啲咩,跟住仲記得我哋唔食辣、羊同埋瓜,所以上菜之前有問我哋啲菜剩係得瓜需唔需要上碟真係好!特別推介煎阿拉斯加比目魚柳,香噴噴又肥膩既比目魚味道好濃郁,烤燒阿根廷牛扒都好吸引,肉質好嫩好多汁,我同朋友就各自配咗飯同埋意粉,肉食愛好者應該好鍾意。法式香草牛油焗田螺係我同朋友嘅最愛,田螺好大隻有法國風味!同香草牛油一齊烤,好美味。甜品方面都好正,叫左班戟配橙酒煮好特別,仲有400次美綠波波,俾我哋叫咗最後一杯😆 最後仲叫咗一杯凍朱古力嚟對比下個美祿波波,朱古力味濃郁,兩杯嘢飲都好好味。如果唔係我哋眼闊肚窄叫到放題咁其實好抵食!同埋晏晝少啲人環境好好容易傾偈
