To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開呢頭做野 要食個快飯見近工作地點 就同同事試下呢間午餐種類都好多 有飯有麵有餃子一定有岩食既先上一人一壺湯紅青蘿蔔湯清甜好味 返工中間有湯飲真係好幸福慈禧牛肉麵($78)個名咁把炮就叫呢個啦個湯好清 但夠味啲牛肉係薄片黎 對於食肉獸黎講肉量稍為不足個麵係菠菜麵 有咬口 唔錯!而小食餃子係佢地自家製 都好好味!!同事話佢果個都幾好味 份量足男士都夠食!見人食酸辣湯麵同炒麵都好似好正咁下次要黎食其他!!呢度要收加一加埋每人一百蚊左近唔算平 但灣仔區 呢個質素都算高性價比架喇!!
